Biography

I was born in 1982 in Dijon in Burgundy and currently lived in Orléans. Since I was very young I am used to practice endurance sports and outdoor sports like climbing and kayak. Being in contact with nature is essential for me.

When I was 16 years old, I have practiced intensive track and road cycling in competition in Dijon. During the winter season I have been used to run to prepare cycling season.

Thanks to my studies and my professional experiences I have had the opportunity to quickly travel in France and to discover very nice aeras like the great natural spaces like in the Alps in Brittany and in Provence for example.

In 2005 when I was 22 years old I take part of the famous long distance running race named Marathon of Sands in Morocco. As ENSTA Brittany engineer student it was my first real exeperience in ultra running. The Marathon of Sands is a 250 kilometers race across Moroccan desert. In addition you must run in full autonomy for the week long.

This project has been an amazing human and cultural experience during the preparation period and also during the race itself.

Since this time I don’t stop cultivating my adventurous spirit.
